Why we built it
Organisations that appoint contractors need to know what evidence is in place before work starts, and to collect and compare quotes without a scramble of emails. Contractors need to reuse the documents, prices and method statements they have already prepared instead of starting from a blank page every time.
JobDocs sits between the two: each side keeps a private workspace, and everything shared runs through one controlled record. Requests go out clearly, responses come back in one place, and the history of what was received and decided stays intact.
